Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@maisonmadelein.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Due to international shipping, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
